Business Updates Regarding Cyclone Alfred

With Tropical Cyclone Alfred approaching, our priority is the safety of our team while also ensuring we maintain supply to our valued healthcare customers. Our planning balances these priorities, and we want to keep you informed of our current approach.

Current Operational Plan

• We will remain operational until 3 pm on Thursday, 6th March, and will be closed on Friday, 7th March. We plan to reopen on Monday, 10th March. Please note, unless a local, sustained power outage occurs, our online ordering portal will remain available to receive orders.
• Our freight partners have advised that collections on Thursday and Friday will not occur.

Impact on Deliveries

• Customers in Southeast Queensland: Deliveries are not expected to occur on Thursday or Friday.
• Customers Nationally: Delivery disruptions are expected. The extent of these delays will not be known until Monday, and we will provide further updates as soon as possible.
