REFRESH PLUS Eye Drops provide temporary relief from irritation and discomfort caused by dry eyes or exposure to wind or sun. Each mL contains 5 mg of carmellose sodium. The formula does not include antimicrobial preservatives. Usage Instructions: Ensure the container is intact before use. To open, twist off the tab completely and then pull to remove. Apply 1 or 2 drops into each eye as needed or as directed. Precautions: For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. If irritation continues or worsens, stop use and consult a healthcare professional. To prevent contamination, avoid touching the tip to any surface. Use once and discard any remaining contents.
