In the opinion of many hygiene experts, the validated procedure for the processing of instruments also includes routine monitoring of sealing devices. In the course of routine testing in the practice, the quality of the sealing seams manufactured with the MELAseal can be checked with MELAcontrol Seal Check. The MELAcontrol Seal Check verifies the quality of the bonding to the paper, by means of the contrast with the special print sample.
By properly merging the internal foil layer and putting the right pressure on the paper, a completely flat sealing seam is created. Insufficient sealing temperatures, worn-out sealing rails or faulty contact pressure are detected by the MELAcontrol Seal Check.
