Method of Sterilization: Steam, E.T.O. gas, gamma-rays not for plasma Sterilization.

Paper bag should only be filled to 3/4 of their capacity.  A free space of at least 3cm from the seal area should be maintained in order to avoid stress on the seal.  After sealing, the filled bags should be placed in a container ( eg sterilization bucket) so they are supported by one another.

The sealing temperature should be approx. 180C.  For paper bags rotary sealing machines are most suitable.
